Origin of the Name and Status: Also known as Jade Sandalwood, green sandalwood is a type of sandalwood. It gets its name from its fragrant aroma and jade - like green color. It is a world - renowned precious wood.

Physical Properties: Large pieces of green sandalwood are scarce. It has a hard texture, is highly resistant to wear and corrosion, and has a high density, causing it to sink when placed in water. It has its own natural fragrance and is rich in oil, which can be maintained for a long time. It has always been an excellent material for carving, decoration, and furniture - making.

Unique Characteristics: It emits a unique green sandalwood fragrance. Due to its slow growth, its natural reserves are limited. The patterns on it are clear and vivid, and the color changes significantly. When placed in a cool and shaded place, a "silk - spitting" phenomenon may occur, and the color of the bead surface will change with the degree of oxidation. These are the main characteristics for identifying green sandalwood.

1. High density

The dry density of green sandalwood is approximately 1.06g/cm³, and it is dense enough to sink immediately when placed in water. This characteristic serves as an important basis for identifying the authenticity of green sandalwood.

2. Natural oxidation turning green

The color of green sandalwood prayer beads is yellowish - brown when they are newly made. After being left in a natural state for a period of time, they gradually turn green due to oxidation. When being constantly handled (worry - bead rolling), the color - changing speed will accelerate, and they may even turn turquoise.

3. Long - lasting fragrance

Green sandalwood prayer beads have a natural sandalwood fragrance, which comes from their oil. Green sandalwood is highly oily, and the fragrance it emits is extremely long - lasting. Even if they are left unused for more than a year, after proper handling for a certain period, the fragrance remains as it was originally.

4. Silk - exuding phenomenon

When green sandalwood prayer beads are placed in a cool and shady environment for a week, white powdery crystals will form on the surface of the beads. We call this the silk - exuding phenomenon. This phenomenon results from the crystallization of organic matter that fails to volatilize in time. These crystals are non - toxic and can be easily wiped clean with a dry cotton cloth. When worn on the hand normally, this phenomenon will not occur. Instead, the beads will become shinier with continuous handling.

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Shipping times depend on the fulfillment center from which your product is shipped.

Domestic shipping within the United States takes 5 – 7 business days.

Shipping to other countries takes 15 – 30 business days.

Pre-order products require 15 – 30 days for delivery.

Some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as shipping delays are the responsibility of the company's.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
